JENNIFER S. BARTH, ESQ.

Attorney Jennifer S. Barth has practiced law since June 1996 and brings over twenty-three years of experience in estate planning to Cape Cod Elder Law Associates, P.C. Jennifer’s care and compassion for the elderly extends far beyond basic estate planning and includes family meetings and care plans, giving guidance and assistance to families navigating the complexities these years bring.

Jennifer started her career and love for the law while working at the Barnstable Probate and Family Court after graduating from college.  Later, she worked with several law firms while attending law school in the evening. Jennifer also worked for the Cotuit Fire Department for over 30 years, where she retired as a Lieutenant Fire Fighter/EMT in 2018.

Jennifer grew up in Cotuit and is married to Michael K. Pasic.  They continue to reside in Cotuit with their three children, Cody, Matthew and Annika.
